  • Again, I brought the car in for service to have the break repaired and for maintenance. I was told about the 52 multi-point inspection and the "cost" of the maintenance was never discussed, but all worked out in the end. Nevertheless, again, my car could not have been road tested before it was given back to me, because the brakes squeal and squeak so badly that I have to take time out of my busy schedule again and bring my car back to fix the brake squeal. I would like to suggest, strongly, some realigned management oversight and ?Excellence? for which Cadillac is supposed to be known for. So far, I have not experienced it.
